Postage Charges

Please be aware that import duties may apply to counties outside the UK.


UK Shipping £4.50  (We know you want your item fast! We always try to dispatch ASAP. 1-3 days is generally the delivery time from dispatch -  however, please allow up to a week for delivery time in case of Royal Mail delays.)


Next Day Delivery: £10                                                                                               (Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm next working day) Orders must be placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday & before 12noon will not arrive until the Monday. 


FREE UK SHIPPING over £100                                                                         Automatically applied and calculated at the checkout.


EU shipping £15                                                                              

We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service, 5 - 7 working days from dispatch. However, as with all overseas parcels, please allow up to a month for delivery in the case of specific custom/country entry delays.

We are dedicated to your satisfaction. Please remember, it can take time to master the skill of carrying your baby in a sling. Try introducing the sling for a few minutes each day until you both get comfortable and confident, in no time you it will start to feel like second nature and you'll reap the benefits! 

Slings must be returned in their original, immaculate condition in it's box and be unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt of item. Unfortunately, we can not cover your return shipping costs. Please return your item 'tracked/signed for', it is imperative that you keep your tracking number, as we can not be held responsible in the event your item gets lost in the post or delayed. Please include all original packaging together with a copy of your receipt so we know who the item is from. In the rare case of a faulty product, please email us in the first instance with a photo of the issue so we can assist.
